Dentonia Ford opened in 1979. For awhile, there was no Ford dealership on the Danforth after Riverdale and Mainway closed down just a few years earlier. Dentonia would later construct a much bigger building at 2501 Danforth Ave across from Mainway Ford's old showroom.
The dealership didn't last too long and closed in the early 80s.
